EOSC Ireland is mapping the national research service landscape.
If you run an operational research service in Ireland, in any research domain, we would like to hear about it.
We are designing Ireland’s national node of the European Open Science Cloud, and it needs an accurate picture of the research services this country actually runs. The survey is open to every operational research service hosted or managed in Ireland: data repositories, curated databases, compute clusters, storage, analysis platforms, workflow and interoperability services, and training portals.
It takes about 15 minutes and closes on Monday 12 October 2026 at 17:00 (Irish Standard Time).

Who should respond
Operational national or domain-specific research services hosted or managed in Ireland, in any research domain. If you host more than one very distinct, non-overlapping service, a separate response for each is ideal.

- Curated knowledgebases and thematic databases
- General-purpose storage and data transfer
- Compute, including HPC clusters
- Scientific software, tools and analysis platforms
- Interoperability and standards services
- Training and e-learning portals
Out of scope
- Off-the-shelf commercial tools
- Small-scale individual research scripts
- Personal project websites
- Raw, unmanaged datasets
- Physical scientific instrumentation
